We’ll start by checking in on what’s been on your mind, exploring emotions and relationships while practicing mindfulness techniques. Together, we'll focus on your personal growth and practical strategies to navigate life's challenges.
When you’re ready to start your healing journey, therapy can help you find balance and your path to a more intentional, fulfilling life. I take a mindful, trauma-informed, harms-reduction approach to therapy. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ-identifying provider, I particularly enjoy working with adults with ADHD or autism and folks from the queer community. I look forward to working with you!
