Therapy is a safe space for personal growth and emotional healing, helping you gain self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, heal from past trauma and develop healthier coping strategies for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and major life transitions. Ultimately, therapy empowers you to live a more fulfilling life with deeper connections to yourself and others.
I currently have limited in-person availability, but several telehealth openings on my schedule. If you’ve never tried telehealth or virtual therapy, I would encourage you to give it a try. Many people enjoy the convenience, privacy and flexibility it allows. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important, and I find we can do that just as effectively through telehealth.
When you’re ready to start your healing journey, therapy can help you find balance and your path to a more intentional, fulfilling life. I take a mindful, trauma-informed, harms-reduction approach to therapy. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ-identifying provider, I particularly enjoy working with adults with ADHD or autism and folks from the queer community. I look forward to working with you!
